Free CSS Templates are free to use for your personal as well as commercial projects depending on the License of the template. Most of my templates are either in GNU GPL (General Public License) or Creative Commons Attribution License.
If the template is released under GNU GPL, you are free to use it without attributing the source. Which means you can download and use it in any way you want and you don’t even have to keep the link back to this web site. But, a link back to this website is always appreciated.
Creative Commons Attribution License require you to keep the link back to this web site unaltered. You have to keep the anchor text and the link as it is in the original template.
